HISTORY
The Barn was originally a two-storey farm building built to service Moorland Court Farm, it had the usual cart storage below and fodder storage above. It is believed to have been erected during the early 1800's. There are several artefacts on site as display pieces that were found within the barn. It was converted to a dwelling during 2011 and the majority of the walling had to be rebuilt using the original bricks, giving a fully insulated modern update to the barn.

The village of Moorland offers a public house, parish church and village hall, and enjoys good access onto the Somerset Levels. There is convenient access to the M5 Motorway (junction 24) and the local town of Bridgwater offers a range of facilities and amenities.
